So very impressed with Dr. Grossbach. When I see him he treats me like I'm his most important patient. I NEVER felt rushed or unimportant. My surgical outcome was much better than expected.

He is so open and caring about my concerns and gave good explanations: I was fearful of having back surgery but his manner inspires trust.

Did not seem rushed even though they were behind schedule. Took time to compare previous x-rays with ones taken that day.

I got the impression that the provider had a genuine concern for my well-being however in hindsight I think I should have asked about possible rehabilitation services, even on a short-term. It was something a nurse had mentioned while I was in the hospital. I got the impression that it was only something offered if I ask for it. I'm struggling a little with the brain fog.

I was impressed with his familiarity with the MRI films/reports I brought with me and the fact that he listened intently to my concerns and history with the issue for which I consulted him, and discussed options for a potential course of action, explaining each aspect of those options and what I could reasonably expect as an outcome. He was respectful and, unlike many surgeons, not at all condescending.
