Biography
As an internal medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I specialize in transgender primary care and hormone therapy. When it comes to patient care, I believe that all patients should feel comfortable and supported by their physician. I am passionate about joining my patients on their health journeys and assisting them in maintaining or returning to good health.
My favorite part about working at Ohio State is the opportunity to care for a great group of patients. I also enjoy the supportive and collegial environment as well as my incredible colleagues.
In my free time, I enjoy doing community service, practicing yoga, traveling, swimming, playing tennis and playing video games.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Andrew Keaster has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
