About Me
As a pulmonologist and intensive care physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I enjoy providing excellent, evidence-based care to patients both in the hospital and in our pulmonary clinic. In the clinic, I specialize in the care of patients with asthma but also treat a wide variety of general pulmonary issues. In the hospital, I help take care of patients who have been hospitalized with respiratory illnesses as well as those who are critically ill in the intensive care unit.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, playing classical piano, and training for and participating in triathlons.

Took the time to answer my questions and made it easy to talk.
Checked and confirmed assistant's notes, current health, discussed how I was using medication, used stethoscope on lungs, made a note to reassess breathing in office at next visit
The care provider has a good plan of approach to my medical needs.
All good.
Wonderful and caring
Everyone was really kind.
Explain everything honestly and concern.
Dr. Cooper is very easy to communicate with and concerned about my issues. This was my first visit and very impressed with his approach and prior reading of my records. I am encouraged that I will benefit from his care.
