Biography

I am Breanne Rieman, APRN-CNP, and I care for patients at increased risk of breast cancer at The Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center, part of the OSUCCC – James. While caring for patients at increased risk for breast cancer, I focus on prevention, education, early detection, individualized risk assessment, screening strategies, and on helping patients navigate complex care decisions with confidence.

I am passionate about my work at the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center because it allows me to help patients take active roles in their health. I value building meaningful, long-term relationships with high-risk patients and supporting them through some of life’s most challenging moments.

With experience caring for patients with cancer and complex oncologic conditions, I enjoy helping each patient understand their personal risk factors and feel empowered in their care. I take a patient-centered approach, prioritizing clear communication, shared decision-making and compassionate support.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Together, we leverage leading-edge research and innovation at the OSUCCC – James in order to provide the highest-quality care while advancing the future of cancer prevention, detection and survivorship.
