About Me
As an obstetrician-gynecologist, I specialize in infertility, reproductive endocrinology and recurrent pregnancy loss. I regularly perform intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg freezing, including working with patients who need donor eggs or sperm, and gestational carriers. I also treat polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and fibroids.
I am passionate about providing evidence-based, cost-effective reproductive health care. When a patient comes to see me, they can trust that I will listen closely to their concerns and make sure they understand all their options. I prioritize building relationships with patients and connecting with them where they are on their health journey.
My research is focused on lifestyle factors that can influence fertility and IVF treatments. I received an award from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine for my project on alcohol use and in vitro fertilization. In addition, I helped create a prediction model for decreasing the number of embryos created during IVF while maintaining a high chance of live birth. My team is also currently collaborating on a project regarding egg freezing.
I have been part of academic medical centers throughout my career and I appreciate the dedication to reproductive health at The Ohio State University. I also find it exciting to work with the doctors of the future as a faculty member in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology. I have performed medical student lectures, acted as a mentor, and participated on panels to discuss careers in Ob/Gyn.
When I am not working, I enjoy outdoor activities like gardening, running and hiking. I also like listening to music and baking.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Rossi has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
