About Me
I am a clinical assistant professor at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center specializing in the assessment and management of high-risk breast cancer patients. I see patients at the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James).
I work exclusively with high-risk breast cancer patients and long-term patients in the Wellness Clinic at the Breast Center. The High-Risk Breast Cancer Program is central Ohio’s only comprehensive cancer risk assessment and management program. The program provides risk assessment, genetic counseling, education, emotional support and ongoing surveillance to women who are at an increased risk of breast cancer.
My primary focus is on non-surgical breast disease with a special interest in women’s and breast health. I provide comprehensive care to my patients, emphasizing wellness and prevention.
I completed my residency in family practice at The Ohio State University and I have been on the faculty since 2002. I recently completed an exclusive fellowship training program in high-risk breast care.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/01/2020, Dr. Siddiqi has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
