Physical Therapist
As a former athlete at The Ohio State University and a member of the USA National Team for springboard diving, I am acutely aware of the demands and perspectives of high level athletes. I am passionate about injury prevention, enhancing sports performance, and returning athletes back to high level activities following an injury as safely and efficiently as possible. I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and have special interests in diving, gymnastics and endurance sports.
I am a member of Hip Outcome Team, Knee Outcome Team and the Endurance Medicine Team. I perform video running gait analyses, dry needling and blood flow restriction training as specialty services. I serve as a faculty member and clinical mentor for the Sports Residency program and am a credentialed clinical instructor. I am also a member of the USA Diving Medical Staff, which provides medical coverage for the USA Diving National Team at competitions around the world.
Administratively, I serve as the Quality Assurance Team Lead for Ambulatory Rehab Services.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Lahman has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
