Dr. Chui is also very genuine and sincere. His words and actions show kindness and support for my individuality and health care. Maybe my age and wisdom add to that feeling because I no longer feel nervous or anxious seeing a physician as I did in my youth. It is also Dr. Chui's calm demener and genuine concern that I feel comfortable.
