Dr. Dave Bradley - outstanding responsiveness to any messages I send - VERY quick to start pre-authorization for insur. coverage for a glucometer.

It was good. My doctor addressed all of my concerns but it was way too quick. My appointment only lasted 10 minutes and it felt like this could have been done over a phone call instead. Coming in just felt like a waist of time, and quick appointments hinder rapport.

Dr. Bradley is great he is so easy to talk to. He shows an interest in what you have to say.

When Dr. Cataland retired, who I considered fantastic, I was concerned about who my provider would be. Dr. Bradley has taken away all my concerns, he is also fantastic. He is smart, kind, and thoughtful. I consider myself lucky to have had such good provider care at OSU.
