Outpatient Care Powell
Powell, OH 43065
Physician, Assistant Professor
Rheumatology
Department: Internal Medicine
I am a board-certified rheumatologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in treating autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and psoriatic arthritis. I also serve as an assistant professor of Rheumatology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
I am honored to care for patients who often travel long distances to see us. Witnessing the hope and joy in my patients when treatment changes their lives is what I value most. I believe that medicine is not only about treating disease, but also about creating meaningful relationships.
I chose medicine at an early age and have remained committed to that path ever since. Personal experiences shaped my journey and continue to inspire me to push harder each day. My goal is to be the best version of myself while providing excellent care to my patients.
Please note: Not all physicians schedule patients at each listed location.
My primary focus is education and mentorship; I am also exploring opportunities in research. I see research as a powerful way to reach more people and contribute to advancing the field of rheumatology. My goal is to build a career that balances both education and research, inspiring future physicians while improving patient care.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Elidona Mirashi has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
Good
My provider is always very supportive, patient and attentive as she addresses my concerns.
Since my previous doctor retired, this was my first time meeting with this doctor. I had a very good impression and she took the time to ask in details about my medical history.
She was fantastic.
Amazing, she really listened to me and ask lots of questions
As expected, good
Because of her I decided to switch all of my Dr's to Ohio State. I have been in pain for 7 years and seen many doctors who brushed me off or said they weren't sure. She is the very first doctor to actually read my list of symptoms and went over each one. She explained everything that I have had questions about for years. I have already recommended her.
Excellent
Took the time to learn my history and listen to my concerns
