Physical Therapist
I am a therapist at Lewis Center and have a background in both orthopedic and pelvic health. My special interests include pregnancy related pain, labor preparation, and post-partum care. I am passionate about helping women to gain strength and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I love educating local organizations and fitness groups about the pelvic floor and preventing dysfunction. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking at Alum Creek with my husband, staying active with weightlifting and yoga, getting involved with my local church and exploring new restaurants.
