Exceptionally caring and kind. Mom the patient is 83 a little stubborn and skeptical and sometimes does not readily understand concepts. Eric is extremely patient and kind with her, explains things to her in a way she can understand and has gained her trust. Amazing. I am so grateful that he is caring for her!

I'd say it was entirely professional at all levels. Furthermore we are both veterans and he takes very good care of me. He aways states to call if I need anything from him.

I have good experiences with my care provider. He is always respectful and acknowledges who I have with me with respect, He listens to everything I tell him about my issues and answers all of my problems so that I can understand what he is saying and makes sure my granddaughter understands as well.I like him very well.

Friendly, compassionate conversation
I did not care for him. I was in a decent sized room, and I was stuck in a corner with him less than 2 feet in front of me. I was literally leaning over the side of the chair because of how close he was to me, and I do not think he realized. Pretty much told me that my heart problems are because I'm overweight. I understand that my BMI is high, but to physically look at me. I am not that big. He pretty much made me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing for coming in for heart palpitations and a racing heart rate if when I'm standing.

Eric always takes the time to talk with me about how I'm doing and feeling. He takes the time to engage with me and answer questions with solid answers. He is very patient. I have had many caregivers, both associated with OSU and elsewhere, and he is by far my favorite. He genuinely seems to care.
