Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 10/25/2021, Dr. Kane has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
Excellent. This was a visit to establish care with a new PCP, as my former PCP had retired. I am genuinely pleased with this provider.
I was treated respectfully with attention to my general health. This was my first visit with this provider. My previous dr. retired in Jan/22.
Very satisfied with him. Very good listener. Thorough, checking my health providing good advice and recommendations, and always responds to my questions very quickly either in his office or outside office hours via MyChart. In short, he is AWESOME.
Dr. Kane seemed very interested & planned to coordinate with my cardiologist, Dr. Larry.
Dr Kane took significant time to ensure I had opportunity to discuss any health issues. My blood tests came back with result of low sodium. He provided multiple responses to my questions and develop an action plan.
He asked a lot of questions about my specific health concern, and at the end asked If there was anything else I wanted to talk about.
Dr.Kane is very personable he listens and responses to questions or concerns about need for different medications.
It was our first meeting and I found him to be a good listener, his process of gathering information about my health, his exam, and ordering appropriate tests were thorough and professional.
I was so impressed with how well he listened and the non-judgmental attitude & the amount of time he spent.
This was a visit with a new to me primary care doctor and he was excellent. He listened carefully, was thoughtful and communicated well. Very pleased.
The provider was very welcoming, and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions, and I left feeling like they genuinely cared about my care.
Nice nothing bad to say
Good, also thought the resident was good. Friendly, patient asked the right questions, showed concern my health.
This was my first visit with Dr. Kane, as previous doctor left OSU in August. He is very personable and listened attentively to my concerns. Discussed ways to help increase exercise and loose weight. Wrote a prescription for a BP cuff since mine was damaged and so Medicare would help pay.
My previous doctor is retiring, and this visit was my first visit with the care provider. I cannot believe the amount of time he spent with me as I asked question after question. I felt a little guilty that other patients might be waiting because of the attention given to me. I made a good choice selecting this provider.
Dr. Kane was very patient and attentive during my visit. This being my first visit with him, he made sure to cover my health and family health history throughly. He never gave me the feeling he was in a hurry to move through the appointment. Excellent "bedside manner "!I've encouraged my wife to make an appointment with him since she is also seeking a new primary care doctor.
Very friendly, thorough and professional.
All good.
I'm so glad to have a new primary care physician and Dr. Kane promises to be what I need.
Friendly.
Dr. Kane was very nice.
Very pleasant and easily understood
He was knowledgeable. He had a good bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to my health concerns.
Initial visit, everything was great
Dr. Kane was as amazing as nurse Jackie. He spent a lot of time with me asking questions and making sure all my questions were answered.
Very good
He was very concerned.
He was very attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns and ask appropriate follow up questions.
Always attentive and preventive in making me aware of my current health related care
