Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

My care provider performed a thorough exam, answered my questions thoughtfully, scheduled appropriate blood test, and repeatedly asked if we had covered every topic I wanted to discuss during my visit. I was very satisfied with the care, concern and expertise he displayed.
Dr. Kane was fabulous!!!I wish I could see if all the time. He saw me because Dr. Jonas wasn't available. I asked if I could see him again but was told NO... He doesn't have room for a new patient. He was great! He actually checked my lymph nodes and ears... Only my oncologist that. I was so thankful. I pray every night that Dr. Kane was my doctor

I am a transgender patient and prior to seeing Dr Kaine, I had struggled with my previous PCP. While the previous PCP accepted and supported my transition, they knew little about trans health care and HRT. That is very common in the area I recently moved from. Dr Kaine has a firm understanding of trans health care and to not have to educate my doctor was an amazing experience.
Provided knowledgeable insights/dialogue to my questions. Great awareness of other services/specialists available at OSUWMC.

Dr. Kane is one of the most thoughtful and patient physicians I have ever worked with. I am very pleased that he is now my PCP.
Dr. Kane answered all my questions and promptly commented on my lab values once these available. He suggested exercises to help with should pain.
Dr. Kane is the best! Thorough and very attentive.Extremely knowledgeable. Earllier this year, he helped diagnose an AVFistula. Which the neurosurgeon says the diagnosis doen't often happen.
