I am a board-certified internal medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in primary care and preventive medicine, helping patients manage chronic conditions and maintain overall wellness. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

I met Dr. Vaughn during this visit and am very pleased with how it went. We covered a lot of territory in a short period of time. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and easy to be candid with. I felt like he met me where I was, that he "got me" fairly quickly. He was supportive about my stressors, without awfulizing them. He seemed to trust my sense of my self and to respect my judgement about my needs and limitations. I hope I don't need to see him until my next routine visit, but, if I do, based on my first visit with him, I'll be in good hands. Given how difficult it can be to find providers at OSU lately, I am especially relieved that I got in to see Dr. Vaughn and that I had such a good first experience with him.
