Geri remembers past non medical experiences and asks about them

I have been seeing this provider for 10+ years and she has been tops - a 10+ each time she has provided my yearly care for me. I have sent a question to her a few times and her office has returned a response to me in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone. She is booked up in advance and it is difficult to get an appointment. So she is an excellent physician.

Dr. Hewitt took very good care of me. I did have to remind her of 2 procedures I had which was the reason for the check up on this appointment, but I hadn't seen her since then and it had been a long time. She recovered by finding it in my chart and she put it in a spot in my chart where it was easier to access because it seemed to be buried in the chart. She clearly explained what the next steps were with my care and let me know approximately how long it would be before my results came back. We also were able to discuss a mostly non-GYN issue I was having and she figured out what that issue was which was super helpful and very impressive. She gave me great advice on how to fix that issue as well. She treated me with respect and she answered all my questions without making me feel like she was rushed to get to the next patient. I am very satisfied with Dr. Hewitt.

Took time to ask questions concerning prescriptions currently taking, asked about family and I felt that she wasn't in a hurry and took the time I needed.
