Biography
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I treat acute illnesses and injuries, and help patients manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and mental health disorders. I love my job because of the opportunity to inspire patients to prioritize their health and wellness, and I am passionate about helping people become their best selves.
My role includes helping to educate the next generation of providers. I am a preceptor for nurse practitioner students in The Ohio State University College of Nursing. I also serve as a mentor for new nurse practitioners in the Primary Care Fellowship Program. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Great
She was very concerned about my condition and and she wanted to make sure we figured out what was going on as quickly as possible. She is very passionate about getting me taken care of.
Good
Grace is always on top of things for me, has checked my chart from the last time I saw here and is up to date. Makes notes regarding up coming visits.
Great
Grace was engaged and asked lots of questions and is following up with me on a test we discussed. I really appreciate the time she spends with me.
The providers are always attentive and friendly and remember no medical information from previous visits.
It was all good
The provider made me feel very comfortable from the second she came to the room to meet me.
