About Me

As a family medicine and sports medicine physician, I have a strong focus on mental and physical health and wellness. I enjoy establishing a rapport and building relationships with each of my patients, and assisting each to accomplish his or her health and wellness goals. As a DO, I emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and care.

I’m not only a primary care physician, but also a fellowship-trained sports medicine physician. Sports medicine physicians have significant specialized training in both the treatment and prevention of illness and injury, and we are ideally suited to provide care for athletes, sports teams or active individuals of any age who are looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I specialize in the nonoperative treatment of injuries of muscles and joints: acute injuries, overuse injuries, sports-related concussions, “return to play” decisions in sick or injured athletes, and nonoperative medical and injection therapies for osteoarthritis. I enjoy helping my patients remain active and healthy.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and two little girls!

    Very good as usual

She is the best . I really hit the lottery with her. I can contact her on MyChart and she always gets back to me right away. That was the case with this visit. I contacted her in the morning and she squeezed me in at the end of the day. But she didn't rush me. She wanted to make sure I had the medication that I needed to help fix the problem. Always available, always helpful.
