Physician, Assistant Professor
Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
Department: Internal Medicine
I am an internal medicine physician in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In my practice, I specialize in diagnosing and treating patients for a range of conditions, including hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, hyperparathyroidism and polycystic ovary syndrome.
I became a doctor because I genuinely care about each patient’s well-being, and they can expect honest communication and respect during every visit. I listen attentively to my patients to understand their perspectives, and I take the time to explain their conditions and treatment options. I believe in a collaborative, evidence-based approach, and I empower my patients to take active roles in their care decisions.
I especially enjoy working in academic medicine because it allows me to help educate future generations of physicians. I serve as an assistant clinical professor of Internal Medicine in The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
