Biography
I am a registered dietitian specializing in integrative and functional nutrition. Through my work with patients at the Center for Integrative Health, I emphasize a root cause approach to health and wellness. I value the ability of each person’s body to heal and thrive under the right conditions. I enjoy collaborating with patients to create personalized nutrition plans that provide the tools to do so, such as whole-food-focused meals, appropriate nutrient timing, therapeutic elimination diets, and supplements as needed. Outside of work, you can find me running or lifting, at a local farmer’s market, or spending time with friends at neighborhood restaurants.
