Biography
I am a general internist and a pediatrician committed to keeping patients of all ages healthy and thriving. My goal as a primary care physician is to provide a home base to address all my patients' health care needs and to be an advocate for them as they navigate the health care system. I love partnering with my patients to optimize their health through preventive care, treatment of acute illnesses and management of chronic conditions.
I also completed specialty training in addiction medicine to better serve patients with substance use disorders and those in recovery. I am passionate about incorporating substance use treatment into the primary care setting so that patients always have a place where they can feel comfortable accessing care.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Hannah Stone has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
