About Me

As a board-certified family medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more informed lives. My approach is grounded in active listening, shared decision-making, and a deep commitment to health literacy, because I believe that when patients understand their health, they are better equipped to take control of it.

With experience spanning both urban and rural healthcare settings, I’ve had the privilege of caring for diverse patient populations across all stages of life. This breadth of experience has shaped my holistic approach to medicine, with a special focus on preventive care, older adult health, and chronic disease management. I strive to meet each patient where they are, tailoring care plans that reflect their unique values, goals, and cultural backgrounds. I am passionate about bridging the gap between medical knowledge and patient understanding, and I view every appointment as an opportunity to educate, advocate, and build trust. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family and my cat, traveling, hiking, watching anime and crime documentaries, and exploring adventurous sports.
