About Me

As a family medicine physician, I provide compassionate care to patients of all ages in various settings. I believe in a whole-person, collaborative and personalized approach to care with a focus on disease prevention. The opportunity to form lasting relationships with patients is deeply rewarding, and I empower them to take active roles in their care as we achieve their physical and mental health goals.

My practice includes seeing newborns, performing well-child checks, and providing adolescent care. I also specialize in women’s health. I perform well-woman exams and pap smears, provide contraception counseling and prenatal counseling, and offer in-office procedures such as IUD insertions, contraceptive implant insertion and removals, and colposcopy. Other procedures I perform include joint injections, skin biopsies, and cryotherapy. I am also a preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) provider for patients at elevated risk of contracting HIV.

I love working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the extensive resources that allow me to offer the highest standard of care. I also appreciate educating the next generation of physicians in my role as a clinical assistant professor of Family and Community Medicine in the Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Consulting and Related Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Jepsen has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
