About Me

As a gynecologist, I care for all of my patients like they are my own family members. I’m passionate about helping them heal as quickly as possible. I specialize in finding minimally invasive solutions that reduce pain and allow for quicker recoveries.

I often treat patients suffering from endometriosis, fibroids and pelvic pain. I also perform gynecologic surgeries, especially for people with complex medical histories. My research is focused on endometriosis and how to lessen postoperative pain.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I love that I have the opportunity to train future physicians. My responsibilities include serving as the point person for our resident surgical curriculum and mentoring third-year medical students. The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center is an inspiring place to be because everyone here is committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of patient care, and finding new solutions through research.

When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family. I also enjoy exercising during my free time, especially running.

Consulting and Related Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 10/25/2021, Dr. Rohl has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
