Biography

I am a physical therapist specializing in foot and ankle rehabilitation, walking and running biomechanics, and orthopedic rehabilitation. My practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center focuses on helping patients restore function, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them through individualized, evidence-based care.

I enjoy identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms. My goal is to understand why a problem is occurring and develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses the underlying issue while helping each patient achieve their functional goals. With decades of clinical experience, I strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of every individual.

My clinical expertise includes treatment of foot and ankle conditions, manual therapy, functional taping and individualized exercise progression. I also utilize techniques such as blood flow restriction (BFR) training, cupping and other rehabilitation interventions designed to support recovery, improve performance and optimize movement.

I am committed to lifelong learning and continually staying current with the latest evidence-based treatment approaches. This commitment has helped shape my approach to patient care and allows me to incorporate proven rehabilitation strategies into my clinical practice.

In addition to clinical care, I have contributed to the physical therapy profession by co-authoring book chapters focused on physical therapy treatment of sports-related foot and ankle injuries and total ankle replacement rehabilitation.
