Biography
I am an obstetrician-gynecologist and maternal fetal medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in caring for patients through high-risk pregnancies. I treat maternal pre-existing conditions, fetal issues diagnosed during pregnancy, and complications such as gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia. I also perform specialized ultrasound procedures including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
Pregnancy is a big moment in the life of a family, and I love the opportunity to build relationships with my patients through such a momentous time. Patients can always rely on me for compassionate and personalized care that prioritizes their unique needs and goals.
It’s a privilege to work with such exceptional colleagues here at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. We practice as a team to keep parents and babies as safe and healthy as possible. We have skilled and devoted physicians in every specialty who collaborate to develop the best care plans possible, and we are actively engaged in research that moves patient care forward.
My research interests are focused on how to optimize perioperative care and pain control for cesarean delivery, with an emphasis on alternative pain control modalities to reduce opioid use. I am also interested in the impact of obesity and high maternal body mass index (BMI) on obstetric care and outcomes. Through this research, I hope to expand our knowledge and help patients have the healthiest pregnancies possible.
I have been lucky to learn from and be inspired by incredible mentors during my medical training, and I’m excited for the opportunity to pay it forward and help educate future physicians. I plan to continue mentoring residents and medical students at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, traveling, playing tennis, cooking and reading.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Grasch has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
