Biography
I am a certified nurse practitioner specializing in urological care at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. As an advanced practice provider, I have devoted much of my career to developing increased knowledge in urinary incontinence. I also commonly see patients with lower urinary tract symptoms, overactive bladder, stress incontinence, and urinary urgency, frequency and retention. I have extensive experience in the most innovative therapies and medical devices to help my patients achieve optimal outcomes, and I was recognized as a Distinguished Interstim Therapy Provider by Medtronic.
Developing solid relationships is especially important in my specialty. Urinary conditions are a very private and personal issue, and I always strive to ensure patients feel at ease when they come to see me for care. It is very rewarding to come to work every day and help patients improve their quality of life.
I have always been passionate about helping others and after volunteering at a local hospital at a young age, I knew nursing was my calling. I take great pride in listening to and connecting with my patients, and I believe entering the room with a smile goes a long way.

Jen, really listened to me. She was thorough when looking through my records and was able to diagnose my condition that day. She also helped & got me scheduled for another issue I was having.

I met with a nurse practitioner in Urology as a new patient after having just a terrible experience with a urologist at a different hospital not connected with OSU. She listened closely to what I had to say and processed it with her exam. She addressed my issue conservatively and effectively.

The CNP was very nice. I would have appreciated it if she read or had an understanding in what medical trials I used before, as well as, what this new medication's extreme high cost and possible side effects could be while using. I felt a little rushed and should have asked those questions. The previous Dr. I saw was excellent, but left OSU. I also asked to be seen by someone at NA due to travel problems at this time, so that was my fault. I am looking forward to our next appt and hope I may get some relief.
