I am a board-certified family medicine and geriatric medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in primary care for adults and older adults, focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Dr Hwang is excellent! She never tries to rush me and answers my questions and concerns. Her pleasant manner is reassuring. She's a treasure!
Discussed a holistic treatment to prevent me from facing c1 -c2 neurosurgery. The treatment is called Atlas Orthogonic Treatment and it has relieved a constant headache I have had for 4 years.

This was our first visit as a new patient, Provider was very acquainted with my medical history and asked questions to bring her up to date.
