I am a board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner specializing in neurology, with a focus on cognitive and movement disorders. I care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia, vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson’s disease and essential tremor.
I am dedicated to helping patients manage symptoms and maintain quality of life through personalized care and education. I believe it's essential for patients and their families to understand their chronic neurological conditions and to feel supported.
I’m proud to be part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, a nationally recognized leader in patient care and neurological research. It’s an honor to work alongside a team dedicated to advancing disease-modifying treatments for neurodegenerative conditions.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and daughter. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, and connecting with friends and family.

Jessica Truelove was fantastic. I can't say enough good about her. She was the only healthcare provider I've seen in Columbus that actually expressed a desire a dig and search to find out what is really wrong with me. Most doctors tell you what they know or believe is wrong based on what they currently know. I've never had a doctor who is so committed to search for information to determine what is really going on. This was a huge blessing and relief knowing someone is actually going to work to find out what's wrong.
