Always a good experience with Dr Bouchachi. She return a call about some concerns I was having with my husband dementia.

All experiences were wonderful. My caregiver was very pleasent, and knowledgeable about why I was there! She did an excellent job with my procedure.

Spent a significant amount of time with us to answer all of our questions.

Needs to let me know what's going to happen next during spinal tap. Because any touch when you can't see it coming is a surprise & made me jump.

Jessica Truelove is not only a well-informed practitioner with my diagnosis of early stage Alzheimers, but she very kind, considerate and relatable. I could be "best friends" with her even though I'm much older than she!! She puts me at ease to ask questions, etc. and answers them very clearly. She does not act like she's in a hurry - but like I am her ONLY patient! She is truthful with my diagnosis, but does it with dignity. She told me that I have declined a bit, but gives me hope and listens kindly when I share my trust in God with her. Jessica is using her gifts perfectly. Wish every medical practitioner could be like her!
