I love Dr. Sparnall. She is the best primary care provider I've had. She spends the time needed to address my health concerns yet is efficient. She's also accessible and will follow up in an extremely timely manner if I ever have a question or need a message through my chart. I've never had any trouble getting into see her, and the staff followed up once when I need to be in sooner than I could book through my chart. Lastly, she is kind and always respectful.
She is always calming, gives me assurance that things will be alright. Knowledgeable of what my health problems are.

I love working with Dr. Sparnall, I requested an older more experienced doctor as she done a marvelous job since being recommended to me.
My previous PCP retired, so I was searching for a new one. Dr. Sparnall had reviewed my concerns listed when I scheduled appointment and was prepared.
Was good to talk to and seemed concerned about what was going on with my health.

Everything was great
Dr. Sparnall is attentive, but her approach and "vibe" are cold and sterile. She also did not follow up on my test results once the results are available on myChart so I had to wait until I saw her, nor did she offer much explanation when I finally saw her in my next appointment.
I felt Dr. Sparnall was very passive. She deferred a lot of things for me to do, such as contacting my insurance myself to get medication. She deferred adjusting mental health meds to my therapist who cannot prescribe meds. She told me I had a pinched nerve but offered nothing in the way of treatment. I had a spot she described as "raw" behind my right knee that I told her has been bleeding but just told me to keep the area dry. Still waiting on her to take over as the provider for my Coumadin management. JustNo enthusiasm or sense of duty toward helping me overcome my medical issues.

This was my first visit to this provider and was to establish care with Dr, Sparnall as my primary care provider. The Doctor was took time to review all my medical records, and we discussed a change in one of the prescriptions I am taking.

This was my very first appointment with the doctor. She was very kind she made it very easy to the point where it was a very relaxing atmosphere. She asked me about my concerns. It didn't seem like it was here's your appointment. Let's go over this real quick and get me in and get me out she did spend some time to get to know me as the patient and allow me to get to know her as the doctor.
I left with little knowledge about the source of my pain and no resolution. I felt like I needed to let the doctor know how to proceed.
Dr. Sparnall seemed interested in meeting my needs.
She was OK. Respectful and nice. But I felt my visit was a waste as I was not able to get any check up done. They did not tell fasting was needed and I wanted to have biometric done but couldn't. I definitely do not want to go 20 min out of my way again for a not worth visit :(

The provider made me feel heard. She appeared to take my concerns seriously. She talked to me about my test results and provided recommendations. She followed up with me. I have recommended her to other people that I know.
She made the visit conforming and she made sure all of my questions were answered.
Dr. Sparnall is an exceptional physician and human being. She Is extremely professional with etiquette and is always knowledgeable and respectful to patients. She exhibits traits of a seasoned physician and is constantly asking questions and answering questions about a patient's condition and concerns. I greatly appreciate this quality and I constantly tell others of her specifically. Thank you for having Dr. Sparnall available to all of us.
This was my first visit with her since my previous provider retired. I usually don't schedule with Females Doctors, but see that she Appears to be a good one. I'm not looking for fluffy evaluations, but reality of the issues,
Dr. Sparnall was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions completely. She was also very responsive to my requests.
Is having me come back to spend more time with me. I have a very complicated medical history and she wants to make sure she fully understands me as a patient.
