Dr Jo is very concerned about my health. I appreciate her

Good this was the first time I saw her.

    Everything was great

Dr. Sparnall is attentive, but her approach and "vibe" are cold and sterile. She also did not follow up on my test results once the results are available on myChart so I had to wait until I saw her, nor did she offer much explanation when I finally saw her in my next appointment.

I felt Dr. Sparnall was very passive. She deferred a lot of things for me to do, such as contacting my insurance myself to get medication. She deferred adjusting mental health meds to my therapist who cannot prescribe meds. She told me I had a pinched nerve but offered nothing in the way of treatment. I had a spot she described as "raw" behind my right knee that I told her has been bleeding but just told me to keep the area dry. Still waiting on her to take over as the provider for my Coumadin management. JustNo enthusiasm or sense of duty toward helping me overcome my medical issues.

Dr. Sparnall was very caring and patient while listening to my health concerns. She offered to have some testing done & ensured the results would be available the following day.

    Very good
