About MeAs a psychologist, I am interested in the intersection of mental health and social circumstance. I consider my work with patients to be both an art and a science. I find it rewarding to help patients daily who struggle to find support and solutions.
I have been a psychologist since 1996 and I have a doctorate in Sociology. My practice is broad in focus and direction, and I use a wide range of strategies for individuals, couples and families.
The staff here at Ohio State is extremely team-oriented, making it a great place to work. In addition, there is an enormous amount of support from the leadership.
In my free time I enjoy relaxing with my family, traveling and reading. I am fluent in Latin and I am currently learning Middle English. I am very active in the theatre community and I am on the advisory boards of two local theatre companies.

In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
