Biography
I work primarily with patients on the vascular, oncology, and general rehabilitation services. I particularly enjoy working with patients with visual-perceptual deficits following brain injury in our Neurovision Clinic. I co-presented at the OSU-sponsored Stroke conference on visual-perceptual assessments and interventions that benefit patients post-injury. Another area of clinical interest is using functional electrical stimulation to address motor deficits related to CVA, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and multiple sclerosis. I also serve as the OT Clinical Coordinator, orienting new employees, training new staff on FES devices, managing chart reviews and competencies, and assisting with new admission assignments.
