Biography
As a family nurse practitioner, I am passionate about helping patients with obesity reach their health goals. I specialize in guiding people through weight management programs and helping patients prepare for and recover from bariatric surgery.
My patients can rely on me to be a supportive partner in their journey to developing healthier lifestyles. I believe that slowly incorporating healthier habits into their lifestyle and focusing on changing their mindset, are the keys to helping patients achieve positive and lasting outcomes.
I have called The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center home since my days as a student, and I love that I’ve had the opportunity to pursue my nursing career here. No matter where my interests take me professionally, personally, and educationally, Ohio State offers opportunities.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, walking, reading, and journaling.

Judith has been exceptional in both her care and communication during my office visit. She was attentive, compassionate, and informative - walking me through multiple treatment options and helping determine the best path forward. I felt heard, validated, and respected as I shared my experiences. Most importantly, she recognized that obesity is a complex medical condition that requires a multifaceted approach. She approached the topic with zero judgment, acknowledged the stigma patients often face, and showed a willingness to support me not only with nutrition and behavioral guidance, but also with access to appropriate medical tools like medication.
I enjoyed the visit . She was thorough, friendly and evoked confidence.

My care provider was AMAZING not just AMAZING but just heavenly! She was so bubbly and made you feel so comfortable and like we've known each other forever. She didn't just talk Dr stuff we talked about life, life stresses and unwinding to audible books and even swapped some titles to each other. She didn't make me feel rushed wail doing questions and EKG or even though the staff was about to leave. She was just a joy to have for my Dr I hope she's going to remain my Dr through my bariatric journey. Couldn't ask for anyone better!
