Biography

I am Justin Crookes, PT, and I specialize in inpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My physical therapy practice focuses on helping hospitalized patients at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital improve mobility, restore function and safely transition to the next stage of recovery. I hold a Team Lead position where I work closely with clinicians and leaders to develop programming based on current standards of practice and contribute to being a high reliability organization. I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and empowering patients throughout their rehabilitation. By combining evidence-based treatment strategies with a collaborative approach, I help patients build strength, increase independence and improve their quality of life as they recover from illness, injury or surgery.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Ohio State University School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, which helps inform my commitment to advancing rehabilitation care and supporting patients through every step of recovery.

In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
