I am a licensed and registered dietitian and a Board Certified Sport Specialist in Dietetics. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. I have a background in medical nutrition therapy and exercise science with a specialty in sports nutrition. I also have experience in education, serving as a classroom instructor for nutrition education programs. I mostly enjoy working with athletes and active individuals to come up with a nutrition plan that helps them reach their personal and athletic goals.
