I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I provide primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness education. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.

Katherine Jurdin is efficient and kind. She spent time listening to my concerns and formulated a plan we agreed on.

I've never had a bad experience with Kathy. She always listens to my issues and gives me steps to work toward improving my health.
As always, she was great. She noticed a few skipped heartbeats and had her assistant do an EKG. It was normal.

She helped me get a prescription that I had been wanting, so that is good. However, it was very clear that she did not know about my medical history or case. I saw this provider because my regular provider was out on leave, and I had waited months for this appointment. It was very disappointing that the provider was not better prepared for my visit, and she seemed to have almost no knowledge over the issues I was experiencing. It almost felt like a waste of time, but I was happy in the end to get the prescription for a different issue.
I have never met with this provider before but I was thankful for how concerned she was with my health concern.
