Biography
As a dermatology nurse practitioner, I assess, diagnose and treat common skin conditions in adults and children. My patients can expect exceptional care, kindness and empathy during every visit. I enjoy building meaningful, collaborative relationships with my patients over time. By focusing on patient education, we work together to formulate treatment plans that work best for their lifestyles and goals.
I started my nursing career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. After working in private practice for 11 years, I’m excited to be coming 'home.'
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. We love staying active and exploring new places.

Dr Hammonds is the best. Would recommend her to anyone
She is the best! A very good dermatologist and very helpful and concerned. And In the past has found skin problems on my husband and myself that were cancerous! We love her!

My experience is always positive and feel all of my questions and concerns are addressed during my visit. Kelsey is very easy to talk to and she doesn't make you feel rushed when asking questions.
This provider was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during the injections.
