Biography
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in primary and preventive medicine with an emphasis on geriatric care. In my current role as an advanced practice provider at Primary Care Stoneridge location in Dublin, I treat patients for acute illnesses and injuries and help manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and anxiety.
My patients can expect a caring and compassionate approach because I genuinely care about each person who comes to see me. I love educating and empowering my patients to take active roles in their health care so they can achieve their wellness goals and lead the healthiest lives possible. I always take the time to listen to each patient’s individual concerns and needs, so that we can work together to find a solution that works best for them.
My professional background includes time spent working in oncology and family medicine, including more than a decade as a bedside nurse caring for patients during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. I also worked for several years at a federally qualified health center treating underserved populations.

Very good
She was great!
Kimberly Holland listened carefully to my concerns, and worked with me to provide a care plan.
Professional, kind. Thanks
Same I had a great experience with my provider
The care provider was professional. They listened, but did not provide feedback or direction initially. I had to ask many specific questions to pull the feedback from the provider. After each question they responded with "Is there anything else?" as if they wanted to leave. I was not examined for my knee issue. When I asked for feedback or advice on my knee, the response from the provider was, "What would you like to try?" My options were not described and I was told to "wait and see".
Everything was great.
Professional, thorough and attentive
I feel like my concern wasn't being heard.
This is the worst care provider I have ever experienced in all my medical history. The minute she walked in the door I knew I most certainly would not return to her as a patient. She was extremely unfriendly and impersonal. I had several health concerns that I had planned on discussing during my appointment but ended up not even bringing up because I felt she did not care about me as a patient. There were a couple minor things that did come up as she was going through her list of questions but she did not even give any advice or recommendations on how to best address these health issues. She knew from looking at my health history that blood work to check my thyroid and cholesterol should be done but when she mentioned it to me she simply said "we can do that later." I did not push to have it done now because I knew I was going to leave that appointment and find another provider to get established with that actually cared about me as a patient and could do the needed blood work through them.
Respectfull
I was greeted thoughtfully and kind. I have just transferred to Ohio State after my family care physician retired.
Records from her phone and ignores your questions, rushes, and goes off to another patient. Won't fill out paperwork needed for restrictions.
Easy to discuss with
Initially I thought she was a medical doctor, until she explained her role and professional affiliation.
Felt she listened to me.
Good, I think she jumped to a conclusion about my health concern that I had already ruled out with my OBGYN.
Good listener but didn't always respond to my concerns. I like her overall and am happy to work with her in the future. This was an initial visit and it went well for me.
Kim Holland is a good listener and seems to understand the patients' needs very well. I would definitely recommend her to others.
Probably the longest, most thorough symptom discussion that I have ever had with a doctor. She definitely checked all of the boxes for me.
