I am a board-certified internal medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in primary care and preventive medicine, helping patients manage chronic conditions and maintain overall wellness. Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Patel has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
Dr. Patel is wonderful. I have seen her more than my PCP, because he is never available.
Dr. Patel was friendly and it was very easy to talk with her. I felt heard about any questions or concerns. I feel that she is a very knowledgeable physician.
She was familiar with my history. She was very pleasant and I look forward to her taking over as my PCP.

Initial visit. Wait to get an appointment took months but I was very happy with the physician. She was polite, listened and addressed my questions.
Dr. Patel was great with coming up with a game plan for my health goals and discussing all of my concerns and questions. She spent a good amount of time with me and I felt heard.
Good point: I was worried because I'm not fluent English, but she spoke slowly and explain in detail. So I recommended my doctor to my friend.
