About Me

As a primary care sports medicine physician, my specialization focuses on a non-surgical approach to a wide array of musculoskeletal issues for all ages. I believe in working closely with my patients and providing them with a multitude of options that allows for more highly personalized care plans. I emphasize the importance of prevention and strive to help my patients create long lasting healthy and active lifestyles. My goal is to provide my patients with all the necessary knowledge and assistance on their journey back to normal activity.

I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the philosophy of individualized care that’s shared among providers. Having access to a vast network of resources and specialists ensures that our patients receive the highest quality care available.

In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, spending time with my friends and family, traveling and staying active through various sports, running, weight lifting and yoga.

Very helpful and understanding. Didn't just try to push medication. He took the time to show me how to work on my pain without medicAtion but made it available if needed.

Dr. Nolan recognized my name from sports med and asked about the issue I saw him for there. He is genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. I value and trust his knowledge & opinion.

Several options for back issues discussed from least restrictive -> most restrictive. I appreciate the thoroughness of the discussion.

I have seen Dr. Nolan once to establish care. The experience was everything I wanted and more from a doctor. I have been dealing with very poor health care for the past 5 years and my health has greatly deteriorated. Within one visit, he was able to get me blood test and recommend me to appropriate doctors and specialists. Dr.Nolan also was able to find medical mistakes made by my previous doctor (not an osu doctor) that I was never treated for. I left the office feeling hopeful, empowered, and with a plan.
