I know that Dr. Ryan is extremely busy and squeezed me in on this day. That being said, she spent a lot of time going over any questions I had and asking about all aspects of my life. I never felt rushed and she always explains things thoroughly.

Dr. Ryan was extremely thorough in her exam and asked, among other things, about back and hip pain. The X-ray she ordered showed a different reason for the hip pain I've been experiencing than the preliminary diagnosis given by my PCP so I've got an appointment to see a specialist about that.

At first appointment/meeting Dr. Ryan she had extensive knowledge of my previous medical history and treatment with Dr. Jackson. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions for her, as well as questions not answered by my other care providers.

The doctor was competent, but had little time to address my issues.
I chose this doctor as a result of having a really bad experience from another facility and system. Dr. Ryan is top in her field! Extremely smart & knowledgeable in her field. She was able to explain a mechanism of a medication no other doctors would explain. She worked with me to find a medication that would work well & was acceptable to me. This doctor gives lab results & answers messages either the same day or 1st thing the 2nd morning.
I can't thank Dr. Ryan Enough for her care, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness. I feel that prior to this visit, another provider at a different facility did not explain things well or even take the time to talk with me. Dr. Ryan is amazing and I am so grateful that I could get in to see her - she alleviated many of my concerns and clearly explained a plan moving forward. As a former cancer patient, that extra step in knowing my history and carefully explaining my care plan in regards to this issue, really made me feel better and hopeful.
My care was excellent as always.
