Physician, Associate Professor
Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
Department: Internal Medicine
Endocrinology sparked my interest during medical training as it deals with the coordination between different body systems and it’s the means for our body to communicate with itself to keep everything in balance. When I see patients, I make every effort to identify what’s important to them and what their goals are with the hopes of aligning my investigation and treatment with the patient’s wishes.
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center brings together specialists from all fields of medicine, and there’s always someone to collaborate with. Since I specialize in general endocrinology and polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), I help manage the PMOS clinic, along with gynecology, at the Ohio State Center for Women’s Health in Upper Arlington.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy time with family, vacations, outdoor time and running.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
