I came in with upper respiratory symptoms and I was surprised that while pain in my ears was my chief complaint that my breathing wasn't listened to. I noticed this because I had the same thing happen with one of my children when I brought them in to see a different provider, they had upper respiratory symptoms and their breathing was listened to but I had to request their ears be checked.

Very friendly, asked a lot of questions to get to know me, listened to my concerns, ordered tests, referred me to the lifestyle medicine program. I'm so happy because I'm in a program that will help me and I really feel like Dr. Heston listened to me and suggested something that will work for me. I'm not a fan of taking meds when unnecessary.

Excellent care from provider. Also made sure I knew to contact office or go to ER if I I didn't improve.

Nothing bad. I was just running late. Didn't get everything said or done. Not her fault.

Listened to my concerns with metformin and willing to try a 3 month pause on usage.

Very good, does not rush me and makes sure all of my health questions and concerns are addressed. Very knowledgeable. I feel supported to take better care of my health.
