About Me
As an endocrinologist and the medical director of the Pituitary Center here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I specialize in caring for patients with rare pituitary disorders. I have extensive experience treating issues including Cushing syndrome, growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenomas, and noncancerous tumors of the pituitary gland. I have been named to lists such as Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Exceptional Women in Medicine multiple times.
Ohio State has established one of the largest centers in the country to handle pituitary and skull base cases, and I’m proud to be part of such a skilled and devoted group. Together with the Skull Base and Pituitary Surgery Center, my team and I have been providing highly specialized, comprehensive care for more than 10 years. Our patients have access to a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including neurosurgeons, radiologists, otolaryngologists, and oncologists who can address their urgent needs in one convenient location.
Contributing to innovative research to develop enhanced treatment strategies that can help patients achieve better outcomes is deeply rewarding. I am currently involved in clinical trials of new medications, and my work has been widely published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals.
My role includes helping to train future physicians. I am a clinical associate professor in the Department of Endocrinology and a core faculty member overseeing the endocrine fellowship program. I am also actively involved in professional organizations. I serve on the Pituitary Society Professional Education Committee and on the scientific and medical advisory board of the Pituitary Network Association.

Consulting and Related Relationships

In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
