Biography
I am Lynn Daboul, MD, a board-certified neurologist and clinical assistant professor of Neurology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders. My clinical practice focuses on conditions including myasthenia gravis, myositis, muscular dystrophies, and immune-mediated peripheral neuropathies.
I divide my time between patient care, clinical research, and training the next generation of physicians. My research interests center on autoimmune neuromuscular disorders, with the goal of improving our understanding of these diseases and expanding treatment options.
I strive to approach every evaluation with thoroughness, compassion, and attentive listening. I recognize that living with a neuromuscular disorder can be challenging for patients and their families. My goal is to build a collaborative partnership with each patient, helping them understand their diagnosis, navigate treatment options, and make informed decisions about their health.
Through personalized clinical care and ongoing research, I am committed to improving diagnostic accuracy and advancing treatment for people living with complex neuromuscular diseases. Ultimately, I hope to support my patients throughout their journey and help them achieve the best possible quality of life.

I am Lynn Daboul, MD, an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. My research interests center on biomarker development and global neurology/health equity in the context of inflammatory neuromuscular disorders.
My research interests include investigating biomarkers that may enable earlier diagnosis, more precise disease monitoring, and personalized treatment approaches. I value multidisciplinary and multicenter collaboration as a means of translating scientific discoveries into meaningful improvements in patient care. I also aim to better understand barriers to neurologic care and identify strategies to improve access for underserved communities, both locally and internationally.
