Biography

I became a physical therapist because I am committed to helping others reclaim their independence and well-being. In my role at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I work with patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions. As a former collegiate athlete, I have a particular passion for working with athletes and focusing on injury prevention and return-to-sport rehabilitation.

I specialize in providing personalized care that empowers people to return to the activities they love. With a compassionate and patient-centered approach, I meet individuals where they are, physically and emotionally, and develop tailored strategies aligned with their personal goals. My commitment to enhancing quality of life is at the heart of everything I do, ensuring that each person receives the support and guidance they need to thrive.

When I’m not working, I maintain an active lifestyle through weightlifting and softball. I also enjoy traveling and exploring the vibrant culinary scene in Columbus.

Consulting and Related Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Meeks has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
