Biography
I am a nephrologist specializing in caring for patients with complex kidney diseases. I have advanced fellowship training in glomerular (kidney blood vessel) diseases, and I commonly treat conditions that have prompted an abnormal immune system response. My role also includes performing tests to determine the most accurate diagnosis possible. I am also the director of Urine Microscopy here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I help educate the next generation of physicians as a clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine in the Division of Nephrology. I was inducted into The Ohio State University College of Medicine’s prestigious Courage to Teach Program.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
