As a specialist in gastroenterology, I help patients with inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease and malabsorption disorders. I’m passionate about my career because I enjoy helping patients maintain their digestive health with attention to diagnosis, specialized procedures and treatment recommendations.

I firmly believe that each patient encounter requires specialized attention to detail. At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I appreciate the opportunity to not only be a patient's specialist, but also to be a part of the overall care team.

What I enjoy most about my work at Ohio State is the opportunity to be part of something special. Many bright physicians and nurses come together each day to heal patients.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching my kids at dance and sport competitions.

Industry Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 03/25/2016, Dr. Meyer has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
