I am a registered dietitian who values pursuing a holistic, personalized approach to health and healing. I also hold a specialty certification in integrative and functional nutrition. I strive to optimize my patients’ health by implementing personalized recommendations for a whole foods anti-inflammatory diet, incorporating medicinal herbs and spices, and utilizing mind-body therapies. I am also interested in Ayurveda, mindful eating, and intuitive eating as healing modalities. I am a certified breathwork and meditation instructor through IAHV. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, Zumba, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.
