I am a board-certified internal medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in primary care and preventive medicine, helping patients manage chronic conditions and maintain overall wellness. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Always prompt, professional and friendly.
Dr. Vondra cuts straight to the point which I appreciate and provides detailed explanations to allow me the care I need or to see the additional provider I need to see. Her office helped me to get scheduled for other appointments as well, her PSA, Emily, was most helpful.
She is thorough when discussing my medication that is prescribed by other specialists. She researched medication that might impact my blood pressure and sets up more frequent follow up for monitoring if needed.

Dr. Vondra was very helpful in this appointment that was for a new symptom development - and she was accurate in her diagnosis and potential treatment options that may be on the horizon. She seemed more able to take time and discuss/hypothesize issues than previous appointments - more open, less hectic.
Fully discussed the importance of vaccinations needed
The med student and Dr. Vondra were both attentive and listened with care and concern. There was no judgment suspected and my feelings I expressed were validated all throughout the appointment by both Sara the medical student and Dr. Vondra. I was very nervous about my appointment and left feeling 100% better about the reason for my visit when I left.
